Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At Buzzfic Advertising, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital marketing services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, necessitating the cancellation or modification of services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services with Buzzfic Advertising.
2. Cancellation by the Client
a. Notification Requirements
- Clients must provide a 30-day written notice of cancellation. This notice should be sent via email to info@buzzficadvertising.com.
b. Fees and Refunds
Monthly Contracts: No refunds will be issued for the current month of service once payment has been processed.
Half-Yearly and Yearly Contracts: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the contract, minus any applicable discounts or fees. If the client has opted to pay in two installments, the remaining installment must be paid before the refund is processed.
c. Exceptions
- Cancellation fees may be waived under extraordinary circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation by Buzzfic Advertising
a. Breach of Terms
- Buzzfic Advertising reserves the right to terminate the agreement and cancel services with immediate effect if the client breaches any terms of the agreement, including non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
b. Non-Payment
- If the client is unable to pay our agency fees within 10 days of receipt of the invoice, Buzzfic Advertising reserves the right to suspend or cancel services without any notice. No refunds will be issued for services suspended or canceled due to non-payment.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs incurred during the project.
Deliverables that have been completed and delivered to the client.
5. Force Majeure Clause
- In cases of uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, fees may be waived or adjusted, and services may be paused or rescheduled without penalty.
6. Reinstatement Policy
- If clients wish to reinstate canceled services, they should contact Buzzfic Advertising to discuss terms and conditions. A reinstatement fee may apply, based on the nature of the services being resumed.
7. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes regarding cancellations will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. The laws of the state in which Buzzfic Advertising operates will govern these disputes.
8. Amendments and Updates
- This policy is subject to change. Clients will be notified of any updates in advance, and changes will be reflected in the updated terms.
9. Acceptance of Policy
- By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with and be bound by this Cancellation Policy.
